Finding Pleasure In The Chaos

Pleasure is not superfluous, it’s not something to be earned. It’s not bad, selfish or dirty. And it’s not something to allow yourself to feel when you’re done with your to-do-list. ⠀ ⠀ With my recent move from California to Tennessee, I’ve caught myself holding my breath and feeling the tension in my body as I go from one task to the next. ⠀ ⠀ I literally fantasize about when the overwhelm will be done so I can get back to being the PleasureMuse! ⠀ ⠀ Then it hit me …. Finding pleasure in the chaos.
