Today was the first time I actually got down on the floor and moved like we did at the end of our session. I have been feeling more grief than usual so I decided to try different music as you suggested and I put on some Metallica. What happened was an experience of anger that I wasn't expecting. I had been confused about why I was feeling so down but when I let it move through my body, I realized that I was feeling really, really angry. And the interesting thing is that the anger was connected to so many other sources of grief in my life. I started experiencing anger about things I didn’t realize I was angry about. I started thinking about myself as a child and how so many things have changed since that innocent time. It still feels like there are layers to this but wanted to share that it feels like a start.

On the day-to-day trajectory of life, and especially when a crisis like the COVID-19 pandemic hits, it's so easy to get disconnected from our bodies and live in "what if?" We allow our minds to race in a million directions, pondering all the different scenarios of survival.
How would it feel to replace the anxiety, fear and uncertainty from our new "pandemic norm" with calming, held comfort that gives you safe space to feel and process?
Imagine feeling a deeply nourishing loving connection that is generated by YOU!
Right now, a lot of us are feeling stuck and like there is no time or space to prioritize pleasure in the middle of a pandemic. Or, feeling guilty for wanting to feel some intimacy, but our current situation, body, or partner don't seem to be on the same page.
I’m here to tell you that it’s okay to have a range of feelings from one end of the spectrum to the other. And that it is CRITICAL to do some self-care right now. Self-care includes prioritizing intimacy.
Setting Intimate Self Care as an intention is the first step. And I will help you build a foundation with these steps:
How would it feel to replace the anxiety, fear and uncertainty from our new "pandemic norm" with calming, held comfort that gives you safe space to feel and process?
- What are you doing to nurture yourself during this new, hopefully temporary, way of life?
- Do you want to deepen the connection to your own body while strengthening your intimate relationship with yourself and with your current or future partner?
- Are you curious how the embodiment can influence and inform your autonomic nervous system?
- Would you like to develop the skill of attunement to learn the difference between feeling a true yes in your body versus a forced yes?
Imagine feeling a deeply nourishing loving connection that is generated by YOU!
- Does your body feel frozen or numbed out?
- Ask yourself why you are letting fear and uncertainty take over.
- Are you feeling lonely & unsatisfied?
- Or maybe frustrated that you want to want intimacy, but it just seems out of reach?

I typically ONLY work with clients over a 2-3 month series, so this is a unique and rare opportunity at a drastically reduced price.
I heard Dolly on Sex with Emily and after some research was brave enough to reach out. She was very approachable and nonjudgmental. I appreciated that she did not have issues with same sex couples and was open to working with us. We met several times individually and as a couple on Zoom. Her insights were spot on and she was helpful in her approach to get us to challenge ourselves again in the relationship and to allow ourselves to be vulnerable with each other. I am hopeful to meet with Dolly in person for some intensive work in the future. I highly recommend her for individuals or couples wishing to get back in touch with their sexual side or to reconnect in their relationship. You won't be disappointed!
